Pay: Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,450 – $1,750 — paid the GREATER of your miles or your floor.
Mileage starts at $0.50 – $0.55 per mile based on flatbed experience and tops out at $0.60.
We are growing and looking to add drivers to our fleet! We have flatbed and hopper positions open. Looking for drivers with at least 2 years of CDL experience.
Pick your pay track
We pay four different ways because we hire four different kinds of drivers.
W2 Salary — $1,500/week flat. In Monday morning, home Friday. No mileage math.
Mon–Fri — $1,450/week minimum. Home Friday.
Flex — $1,600/week minimum Out Sunday when the load needs it, home every weekend.
Full Availability — $1,750/week minimum. 1099 — run your own schedule. Highest ceiling in the fleet.
On the mileage tracks you are paid the greater of your miles or your floor. Slow week that wasn't your fault? Breakdown? The floor still pays. Never less than the floor, never capped at it.

Minimum of 2 years CDL driving experience required. We would love to have experienced flatbed and hopper drivers, but we are happy to train anyone willing to learn — drivers new to flatbed start with a 6-week evaluation at a $1,600/week floor while they get the hang of it.
